Shipping and Returns

We're delighted to offer you the convenience of shipping to anywhere in the United States. If you're located outside the US, just drop us a line and we'll work out the details together.

We provide Fed-Ex Two-Day Delivery. When you choose this option, we'll insure your package until it's signed for upon delivery. And don't worry about tracking information – we've got you covered.

If you'd prefer to pick up your order curbside, just send us a quick text at 319-493-7645 and we'll arrange everything for you. It's that easy!

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day refund period for most non-custom made items. However, please note that custom made or altered items are non-refundable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that the package you send does not reference jewelry or diamonds. Prior authorization is required for all exchanges or refunds, so please contact us via phone or email before sending anything. The responsibility for insuring packages sent to us falls on the shipper. Please include proof of purchase with your package, as well as your name, phone number, and email address.

To ship your diamonds or gemstones to us for custom work, items must be insured. To do so, you'll need to provide documentation of their quality and value, such as an accredited certificate or appraisal. It is your responsibility to verify and demonstrate what you are sending us. Once we receive your package, we will verify its contents and contact you. We insure items against loss or theft once they are in our possession.

Please note that we do not insure your diamonds or gemstones against damage or breakage while we are working on them. By entering into a custom project, you acknowledge the small possibility of damage occurring to your stones while they are being worked on. If you need help sorting out your items before sending them to us, please don't hesitate to call or email us directly.
