Custom pieces typically start around $1,250. Once we finalize the design and pricing, a 50% deposit is required to begin crafting your piece. This secures materials, covers the design process, and allows us to move forward with creating something truly personal.

Before we finalize the design, we’ll help you select your center stone and key materials. The size and shape of your diamond or gemstone are what determine the design’s proportions — prongs, setting style, and overall structure all depend on that choice.

You’ll have the opportunity to compare natural and lab-grown diamonds, colored gemstones, and different cuts and sizes to find the one that feels right for you. We’ll review each option’s beauty, durability, and value so you can make an informed decision.

If you bring in heirloom stones or gold, we’ll carefully evaluate them for reuse. Usable materials will be incorporated into your new design; any excess gold can be credited towards your purchase price.

Once your stone and metal are selected, we can give you an exact quote, so you’ll know precisely what your piece will cost before we move forward. No surprises, ever.

With your materials confirmed, we create detailed digital renderings of your design using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. These lifelike images let you see your piece from every angle — proportions, stone placement, and how light will interact with the setting.

This is your chance to refine the look. We’ll adjust proportions, prongs, and details until it perfectly captures your vision.

Once you approve the render, we move to a physical model so you can experience it in your hands.

Next, we’ll create a 3D printed prototype — a resin model of your design that you can hold, try on, and examine. This tactile preview lets you confirm the fit, feel, and flow of your piece before working in precious metals.

You can view it under natural light, check comfort, and request final tweaks. Once it feels just right, we’ll proceed to crafting your piece in gold or platinum with your chosen stones.

With design and materials approved, your piece enters production — crafted entirely in-house by our team of skilled jewelers. Every step — casting, setting, polishing — is handled under one roof for precision, quality, and care.

Our standard timeline is 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity. For select projects, we offer an express option of 10–14 days (available at a premium). If you’d like, we can share progress updates so you can watch your piece come to life.

When your piece is complete, we’ll invite you in for the reveal and final fitting. You’ll have the chance to inspect every detail and confirm that everything feels just right. Any minor adjustments, such as resizing or fine-tuning, are done before the final handoff.
