What can we help with?
  1. My photos are reference and inspiration only. I am not asking Alloy to copy or recreate anyone else's design.
  2. I have the right to share these photos, and I won't send photos I'm not allowed to use.
  3. Alloy may use AI tools (currently Google Gemini) to process my photos and description and sketch a new Alloy design idea. Sketches are concepts, not final designs or prices.
  4. Alloy may change or decline a request that looks like a copy of a branded or protected design, and a person may review it.
  5. I keep any rights I have in my photos, and Alloy keeps the rights in its own designs. Neither of us transfers ownership to the other. Alloy keeps my photos only as long as its Privacy Policy says, and I can ask for them to be deleted.
