Alloy Custom Jewelers Intellectual Property Policy
All designs, whether custom or stock, created by Aram and Kate LLC, doing business as Alloy Custom Jewelers (hereinafter referred to as “Alloy”), remain the exclusive intellectual property of Alloy. This includes but is not limited to:
• Design Ownership:
All custom jewelry designs created by Alloy, including those developed in collaboration with clients, remain the sole property of Alloy. Clients are granted the right to possess and wear the physical piece but do not own the design itself.
• Photographs and Renders
All original photographs, digital renders, or other visual representations of Alloy’s designs are the exclusive property of Alloy. These materials may be used by Alloy at its discretion for marketing, promotional, educational, or any other purposes.
• Usage Rights:
By commissioning a custom piece or purchasing stock designs from Alloy, clients acknowledge and agree that Alloy retains the right to use any associated designs, photographs, or renders in advertising, on social media, in publications, or for other promotional efforts.
• Confidentiality Requests:
If a client wishes to keep a design confidential or requests that it not be used in marketing or promotional materials, Alloy may, at its sole discretion, accommodate such requests for an additional fee. Such arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of the project.
This policy is intended to protect Alloy’s creative integrity and ensure that the artistic value of its designs is preserved. By engaging Alloy’s services, clients agree to these terms.
