Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Custom Orders:
All of our products are made to order and customized based on the specifications you provide. As such, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or there is an error on our part. By placing an order for a custom piece, you acknowledge that slight variations may occur due to the nature of custom manufacturing and that these variations do not constitute a defect.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
SECTION 6 – CUSTOM ORDERS AND RETURNS
All jewelry sold by Alloy Custom Jewelers is made to order and customized to the specifications you provide. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders, including (but not limited to):
- Rings, pendants, or earrings made to specific size, metal, or stone selection.
- Engraved or personalized items.
- Pieces with custom settings or modifications.
Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly after. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at 319-290-6116. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or representations.

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)
Alloy Custom Jewelers (Aram & Kate LLC) sends text messages to customers who give us their mobile number, about their own inquiry, quote, appointment, custom design or order: replies to questions, quotes and design approval links, appointment reminders, and notices that a piece or repair is ready. If you separately agree to receive marketing texts, we may also send occasional news and offers. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies with your conversation and orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help, or call us at (319) 290-6116. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing; see our Privacy Policy for details.
