Working with Customer Gold and Stones

We are honored to work with customer-supplied gold and stones when creating bespoke pieces.

Gold supplied by customers will be carefully melted and cast separately to ensure quality and consistency.

Any excess gold not used in the final design will be credited toward your project based on current market value.

Heirloom stones will be handled with the utmost care — though natural flaws or wear may introduce some limitations.

We will guide you through every step of the process, ensuring that the integrity and sentiment of your materials are preserved.
