How does the lifetime warranty work?
Your ring is covered for life against manufacturing defects. Bring it in for a free clean & check every 6 months; that keeps the warranty active. We tighten stones, check the prongs and clean it while you wait, and we text you a reminder when one is due.
What if I miss a check?
Come in as soon as you can. If it has been more than a month past the due date, we inspect the ring before the warranty is renewed.
What is not covered?
Loss, theft and damage from accidents, and stones that break or chip. We recommend insuring your ring; ask us for paperwork for your insurer.
How do the wedding band savings work?
Once your ring is registered you get 10% off your wedding bands, or 15% off when you get both bands together. Use the codes we text you online, or just mention it in the studio.
Can I register later?
Yes. Your card works any time, and you can add your story or photos whenever you like.
Will you share our story?
Only if you tick the box. We always check with you before featuring your story or photos.
