How you join
You join by giving us your mobile number yourself and agreeing to texts: on a form in our studio, on the contact, design-request, ring-registration or appointment forms on this website, or by texting us first. Where we collect a number, we say: "By giving us your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from Alloy Custom Jewelers about your appointment, order, repair, quote and ring care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help." Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
What we text you
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Links to review and approve a quote or design
- Updates on your order or repair, and a message when your piece is ready for pickup
- Reminders for the free 6-month ring check that comes with our warranty
- Replies to questions you send us
We do not send promotional or marketing texts.
How often
Message frequency varies with what you have with us: a few messages for an appointment or an order.
Cost
We do not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP, or call 319-290-6116, for help. To join again, reply START.
Your privacy
We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell phone numbers. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
