Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand behind the integrity of our work. Every custom piece is backed by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty, covering:

Structural defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Loss of accent stones (up to 0.05 carats) due to faulty prongs or settings.

Faulty settings or structural issues that occur under normal wear.

If a defect in craftsmanship occurs, we will repair or replace your piece at no cost to you.

Stone and Prong Maintenance

Even the most carefully crafted settings can loosen over time with daily wear.

We recommend having your prongs and settings inspected every 6 to 12 months to maintain their integrity.

Accent stones up to 0.05 carats that are lost due to faulty settings will be replaced at no charge.

Cleaning and Polishing

Jewelry is meant to be worn — but everyday wear can cause buildup and dullness over time.

We offer complimentary ultrasonic cleaning and inspection for Alloy Custom pieces.

One complimentary polishing or rhodium plating is provided annually to restore your piece’s original shine.

Additional polishing or rhodium services are available upon request.

Resizing and Structural Adjustments

The perfect fit is part of the experience.

We offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days of purchase for custom rings.

Future resizings are available upon request.

Eternity bands and tension-set rings may have resizing limitations due to their construction — we will advise you on the best options during your consultation.

Stone Loss Protection

Accent stones up to 0.05 carats that are lost due to faulty settings will be replaced at no cost.

Loss of larger stones will be assessed individually.

We recommend having your prongs and settings checked regularly to prevent stone loss due to natural wear.

What’s Not Covered

While our craftsmanship is guaranteed, some natural wear is to be expected over time.

Surface scratches, dents, and fading from regular wear.

Loss of center stones due to accidental damage or impact.

Discoloration or damage caused by exposure to chemicals or harsh environments.

Damage caused by improper handling, resizing, or repair by a third party.

Warranty Limitations

Our warranty will be voided if:

A third party modifies or repairs the piece.

The piece is subjected to excessive force or impact.

The prongs or settings show evidence of tampering or non-standard modification.

Warranty and Insurance

Our warranty covers issues related to craftsmanship, but it does not cover loss, theft, or accidental damage.

We highly recommend that you insure your jewelry through a reputable insurance provider. An insurance policy can protect against:

Loss or theft.

Damage from accidents or impact.

Loss of center stones or large gemstones.

Replacement due to theft or total loss.
