About 14K White Gold
14K white gold is 58.5% pure gold mixed with white metals, then rhodium plated for a bright white finish. Over the years the plating can wear and show a slightly warmer tone; we can re-plate it to bring the bright white back.
About Pearls
Pearls are soft (2.5 to 4.5 on the Mohs hardness scale). Put them on last, after perfume and lotion, and wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing. Pearl is the June birthstone.
Caring for Your Piece
Clean it with warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, then pat it dry. Take it off for the gym, gardening and cleaning. Skip ultrasonic cleaners for this stone.
