Can I customize a ring with a different diamond shape or metal?
Yes — we can modify existing designs or create something entirely custom to match your preferences. If you’re modifying one of our existing Alloy designs (like changing the metal or stone), there’s rarely an extra design fee since the core structure of the piece remains the same. Fully custom designs, however, may require a design fee depending on the complexity.
Do you provide a warranty with wedding bands?
Yes — all of our rings come with a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering structural defects and setting issues.
What’s the difference between natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Natural diamonds are formed over millions of years, while lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical structure but are created in a controlled environment. Both are visually identical and graded to the same standards.
