Can I customize a setting with a different diamond shape or metal?
Yes — we can modify existing designs or create something entirely custom to match your preferences. If you’re modifying one of our existing Alloy designs (like changing the metal or stone), there’srarely an extra design feesince the core structure of the piece remains the same. Fully custom designs, however, may require a design fee depending on the complexity.
Do you provide a warranty with engagement rings?
Yes — all of our rings come with a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering structural defects and setting issues.
How much should I spend on an engagement ring?
There’s no right answer — it’s about finding what feels comfortable for you. We can create designs in a wide range of price points to match your style and budget without sacrificing quality.
