Non-Eternity Bands:

We offer one complimentary resizing within one full ring size of the original order on most made-to-order rings.

Eternity Bands:

Because eternity bands have stones set all the way around, they cannot be resized after production. If an eternity band is ordered in the incorrect size, it must be completely remade. A $250 remake fee will apply. For this reason, we highly recommend confirming your ring size before ordering.

Custom pieces, made-to-order items, engraved jewelry, and anything altered or resized specifically for you are final sale and not eligible for return.

In-stock jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation included.

All Alloy Custom Jewelers orders are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind. A full payment is required before shipping to ensure prompt processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its delivery.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Proper care helps your fine jewelry last a lifetime. We recommend visiting us every 6–12 months for an inspection and steam cleaning to keep your pieces in top condition. Store necklaces by hanging them or keeping them in individual bags to prevent tangling and scratches.

For gemstone jewelry, clean stones with warm, mild soapy water. Pearls and opals should be wiped gently with a soft cloth to protect their delicate surfaces. Avoid wearing jewelry in hot tubs, pools, or during physical activities like weightlifting, biking, and landscaping, as chemicals and impact can damage metals and stones.

You can clean diamond jewelry at home using Windex and a soft brush for extra sparkle.

We also recommend insuring your jewelry to protect it from loss, theft, or damage. Consider using a travel ring when you're away from home.
