Shipping Policy
At Alloy Custom Jewelers, each piece is carefully crafted and made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the production schedule.
Estimated Ship Dates
Each product page includes an estimated ship date based on the complexity of the piece and current production timelines.
- The estimated ship date reflects the time needed to produce and process your custom piece before shipment.
- While we make every effort to meet the estimated ship date, slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
- If production is expected to take longer than estimated, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Options and Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days)
- Overnight Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- Customs processing times may cause delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- You can track your order through the carrier's website using the tracking information provided.
- If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at aram@alloycustomjewelers.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
- If you need assistance, we will be happy to help you communicate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Signature Upon Delivery
Due to the high value of our products, we require a signature upon delivery for all shipments over $500.
- If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will attempt delivery on the next business day or leave a notice for pickup at the nearest facility.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damage.
- Contact us at aram@alloycustomjewelers.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Address
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us at aram@alloycustomjewelers.com as soon as possible.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.
- If the order has already shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once production has started.

- If production has already started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Holiday and Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid delays.
